Dermal Fillers

Dermal Fillers are not BOTOX. It is a cosmetic procedure to soften the facial wrinkles and plump up the facial lines to make the facial skin look more youthful. Dermal Fillers are injectable implants approved by the FDA to help smooth skin and wrinkles. As the name implies, they are injected beneath your skin using a needle. Dermal Fillers are good solutions for facial wrinkles, ageing lines, nasolabial folds and mouth lines.  Dermal Fillers are not permanent; therefore, you may require the Touch up at least twice a year.

Most popular types of fillers are made with Hyaluronic acid, which is a common ingredient in skincare products. This can make your face look plumper and hydrated.

There are four categories of fillers. Each is named for the type of material they’re made with;

  • Hyaluronic acid is naturally produced by your body and already found in your skin and cartilage. Generally, fillers made with hyaluronic acid last between 6-12 months.
  • Calcium hydroxylapatite is a mineral that is found in our bones. Fillers made with this material last up to 18 months.
  • Poly-L-lactic acid is a biodegradable synthetic material that’s also used to make medical products like dissolvable stitches. These fillers may last up to two years.
  • Polymethylmethacrylate beads are the only filler that can’t be absorbed by your body, meaning the results are permanent. They’re only used around the mouth

LIP Fillers

A popular non-surgical procedure which will boost the size, and shape of the lip.  This procedure requires the insertion of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance that is within our bodies, the only thing is as we get older our HA will deplete.

Having lip filler will reverse the signs of ageing on the lips, this works by adding volume and shape to lips that will appear due to age be thinner and have less structure.  As well as a less defined cupids bow.

Here at Paragon we only use FDA approved fillers such as JUVEDERM® or RESTYLYNE®.    Lip Fillers can last up to 6- 12 months.

You can treat the tip giving a more uplifted appearance, even out bumps knowing it is non-invasive and results can last up to 1 year unlike surgery which will be non-reversable.

Platelet Rich Plasma

This is a totally natural procedure known as the vampire facelift.  This is due to extraction of blood which is then inserted into a centrifuge where the blood cells are separated leaving the red blood cells and plasma separated.  The plasma which contains stems cells and growth factors in extracted and reinjected into the skin.  This can be for skin rejuvenation or hair restoration.

Triycolic Acid (TCA) is a medium peel, we only use the best some have been specially formulated with peppermint to reduce any side effects, yet still get the power of skin resurfacing.

Microneedling

Microneedling is a 100% natural treatment, you are using your own self-healing to repair skin damage.  What happens in Microneedling the skin is punctured (not noticeable).  This way it is tricking the skin into thinking its injured and will stimulate the self-healing process.  During the healing stages you body will produce its own collagen type III, stem cells and growth factors.  This treatment can be done without using product or can add added mesotherapy serums.
